We are currently seeking a qualified Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing procurement compliance strategies, overseeing supplier risk management, supporting procurement integration initiatives, and ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards across global operations.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain procurement compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Support the development of a global procurement compliance roadmap and strategic governance initiatives.
Monitor procurement controls and ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical procurement practices.
Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks across the end-to-end supplier lifecycle.
Develop and implement risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
Oversee supplier onboarding and vendor compliance processes to ensure adherence to legal, policy, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between procurement objectives and organizational priorities.
Develop and monitor KPIs related to procurement compliance, supplier risk, and operational performance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, Procurement, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supplier compliance, risk management, or procurement governance roles.
Bilingual, spoken and written. (French/English)
Strong understanding of procurement operations, compliance frameworks, supplier governance, and risk management principles.
Experience working within regulated industries such as Aerospace, Defense, Engineering, Technology, or Manufacturing is considered an asset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency with procurement systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
MES, ERP, Quality and PLM Systems.
