We are seeking a Mechanical Field Service Engineer to provide technical support to Field Service Supervisors. The role involves managing operational metrics, overseeing contract financial health, coordinating schedules in the Service Management System (SMS), and managing work orders to determine chargeability. You may also visit customer sites and interact directly with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Support Field Service Supervisors with administrative and technical tasks.
Collect, analyze, and report performance data.
Manage contract health, identify financial risks, and ensure contract renewals.
Schedule and coordinate work in the SMS system.
Determine chargeability of work orders.
Allocate and supervise work on projects.
Achieve high customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, budgets, and client requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Ensure operational and financial targets are met, including margin growth and customer retention.
Use service management tools for resource forecasting, planning, and evaluation.
Travel up to 25% within the Greater Montreal area.
